TL;DR

Raves for babies and toddlers increased by 93% year-over-year in 2025, with attendance growing 183%, according to Eventbrite's new britegeist newsletter analyzing trends from nearly five million annual events. The grassroots movement has gone mainstream through Australian DJ Lenny Pearce, whose viral "toddler techno" nursery rhyme remixes have led to a Live Nation-backed 42-date North American tour.

From Grassroots to Live Nation Tours

The trend started as a grassroots movement but has recently gone mainstream thanks to Lenny Pearce, an Australian DJ who began remixing nursery rhymes for his daughter and went viral on TikTok with his "toddler techno" takes on classics like 'Wheels on the Bus.' Pearce recently announced a Live Nation-backed 42-date North American tour hitting high-profile venues in Chicago, LA and other major cities.

Schools and Libraries Join the Movement

Schools, parks and public libraries in those cities have also gotten in on baby raves, hosting their own community-driven events with glow-in-the-dark décor and age-appropriate dance music for children up to five. The movement is, at its core, a generation of parents finding a way to share what they love about rave culture without surrendering their weekends entirely to Bluey and Paw Patrol.

Lullaby Remixes of Dance Classics

The late EDM legend Avicii got the treatment back in March 2023, when a band released a full EP comprising ambient lullaby versions of his biggest hits. Irish musician Graham Smyth then followed suit last year with Music For Babies To Rave And Sleep To, an album of lullabies inspired by the drum & bass genre.

The data comes from Eventbrite's new britegeist newsletter, which analyzes trends from nearly five million annual events on the platform.
